Search For A Home

We will provide an overview of all the neighborhoods, amenities, and lifestyles offered in each area to find a perfect match for you. To identify all properties meeting your criteria, we will conduct a thorough market search and then facilitate property showings.

Make An Offer

Before putting in an offer on the home that you fall in love with, we will analyze market statistics, trends, and comparable properties to determine the right offer price.

Under Contract

Once the contract is accepted, we will handle all details of the transaction, including coordinating the home inspection and appraisal, oversee all the paperwork, and supervise the closing process.

Closing

Congratulations! The closing is the legal process of transferring ownership. This serves as the final step of your journey to owning your home. Before the big day, we will confirm that the mortgage process is complete, schedule the final walk through, review the final closing documents, and discuss all other specifics so that you feel confident and know what to expect.

After The Closing

Closing the sale does not mean that we will end our relationship with you. We will keep our communication lines open. Feel free to reach us if you have post-closing questions, a need to trace documents, or have a need for vendor recommendations.
