Atlanta Neighborhoods

What does “Intown” mean anyway? You’ve probably heard the terms “ITP” or “OTP”. They stand for “inside the perimeter” and “outside the perimeter”, respectively. ITP broadly describes Intown Atlanta. As Intown experts, we specifically focus on neighborhoods that surround Midtown.

Homes in Intown Atlanta are full of character. Our city is a jigsaw puzzle of diverse yet interconnected neighborhood cultures. You can join the bikers and walkers for a jaunt along the BeltLine, pick up some local treats at the Grant Park Farmers Market, see a show in East Atlanta, take a ride down Edgewood on a streetcar, sip tea on a porch in Cabbagetown, and dine deliciously in Decatur – all in one day. Take a tour into each neighborhood below! Can’t find what you need? Do you want to learn more about a neighborhood? We would love to share with you the beauty of Atlanta.
